JOB CONNECT

This successful and widely used program assists 16-24 year olds with any employment, education, and career needs from résumé writing to on-the-job training.

While playing an important role in a young adult's career by providing job training, employers taking advantage of the Job Connect program could have their training costs offset with a wage subsidy if both the client and employer meet the eligibility requirements.

In addition, you can take advantage of short-term job trials, volunteer placements and job shadow opportunities that assist in making the right "match" between employer and young adult.
